• To process donations you give us and to ensure they are recorded correctly.

Collection of your personal information
Yada collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We collect personal information each time you are in contact with us. For example, when you contact us via the website, sign up to the mailing list, make a donation, book into an event, give your details to a Yada worker at an event, or send us an email. We will only use this information in ways appropriate to the type of contact and relationship you have with us or the consent
you give us.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Yada. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, geographical information and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by Yada to provide general statistics regarding use of the Yada Website so that we can optimise the site. Storage and security of your information
Yada uses MailChimp to send regular emails. By providing us with your details you are giving the us your express permission to transfer your data to MailChimp. This data may be held outside the EEA. If you do not give this permission then we will not be able to send emails to you. If you sign up to the Newsletter via the website, your details will be stored temporarily within the website, which is hosted by Church Pages.
Yada uses BT’s MyDonate to collect donations. Contact details may be transferred from MyDonate to MailChimp if you give permission to add your name and email address to the mailing list. Yada is not responsible for the security of payments made using MyDonate.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Yada secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Yada secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Yada does not sell, rent or lease its supporter lists to third parties.
