YADA : What is Sexual Exploitation?

During 2023, 217 women have accessed support around the following:

1:1 tailored support and advice, including extensive exit support
In-house counselling services
Support and advocacy to access other specialist services
Specialist support around safety advice for women in the sex industry
Wellbeing sessions at partnership drop-ins on the subjects of safety, barriers and enablers to change and self-esteem

One service user said, "I was a completely different person when [The Esther Project] got in touch those months ago. I am so grateful that you still want to support me and haven't given up on helping me."

Another service user said, "Was great to catch up and talk everything through, I just wanted to say again how helpful it has been to have support from you and the Esther Project. I think it's really helped me to move forward in the direction I want to go so thank you!"
